These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the NOVELTY\u2122 application, operated by Locust Harvest (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us"). By registering or using NOVELTY\u2122, you agree to these terms.
NOVELTY\u2122 is a sports analysis and prediction service, powered by the NOVELTY\u2122 engine. Every day our team uses it to analyse statistics and market data, then reviews and publishes picks for sporting fixtures.
NOVELTY\u2122 is an informational service. We are not a bookmaker. We do not accept wagers, facilitate betting, or handle any gambling transaction. What we publish is analysis and opinion — it is not financial advice, and no outcome is guaranteed.
You must be 18 years or older (or the applicable legal age in your jurisdiction if higher) to use NOVELTY\u2122. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of NOVELTY\u2122 is lawful in your country of residence.
Access to NOVELTY\u2122 picks requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Payments are processed by PayFast and Dodo Payments. All prices are quoted in the currency shown at checkout. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Because NOVELTY\u2122 is a digital service with immediate delivery, we generally do not offer refunds for a partially used billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contactnovelty@locustharvest.com.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being abused.
NOVELTY\u2122 provides sports analysis, statistics, predictions, opinions, and informational content for entertainment and informational purposes only. Predictions and analysis do not guarantee any particular outcome.
You are solely responsible for any actions you take based on information provided through the platform. We are not liable for any losses, financial or otherwise, arising from your use of NOVELTY\u2122 content.
NOVELTY\u2122, the NOVELTY\u2122 name and logo, and all content published on the platform are the property of Locust Harvest (Pty) Ltd. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our content without written permission.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of NOVELTY\u2122 after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
